Cleaning Technician

Position overview

Well Kept Clean Co. is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who take pride in quality work and excellent service. Work is scheduled based on cleaning assignments, employee availability, and business needs. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover, residential, and assigned commercial cleaning
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, and included appliances
• Follow the assigned Work Order, checklist, and quality standards
• Upload required before-and-after photos
• Report access, maintenance, safety, and unit-condition issues
• Protect client property, keys, and access information
• Work individually or with a crew based on the assignment

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable transportation within the Well Kept service area
• Professional around clients, residents, and property-management teams
• Able to work independently and with a cleaning team
• Comfortable using a mobile portal for assignments, checklists, photos, and timekeeping
• Able to perform physically demanding cleaning work
• Willing to complete training and follow safety procedures

Pay and advancement

Training week pays $15 per hour. Cleaning Technicians earn $16–$17 per hour after training and may become eligible for performance bonuses and management-approved pay increases. Strong performers may be considered for Lead Cleaning Technician roles paying $19–$20 per hour. Bonuses and advancement are not guaranteed.
