These terms govern use of the Well Kept Clean Co. website and services provided by Well Kept Clean Co., LLC ("Well Kept Clean Co.," "we," "us," or "our").
Website estimates and bookings
The website may calculate an estimated service price and show current Square availability for qualifying residential requests. Straightforward requests may receive an official Square invoice automatically. Custom, heavy-condition, unusually large, or uncertain requests require a Well Kept review before an official Square estimate is sent.
Booking and payments
Availability can change until Square records the flat $50 residential booking deposit. The deposit is credited to the service total, and the remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed. An appointment is confirmed only after Square records the deposit and creates the appointment. Official pricing, payments, cancellations, access requirements, and other service terms are provided through Square, the service agreement, appointment details, or direct written communication.
Offers and referrals
Past residential promotions applied only when an eligible service was booked by the promotion's posted deadline and remained subject to the published terms and availability. Referral rewards become available after the referred client’s qualifying service is completed and paid.
Acceptable use
Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site. Website content, branding, and the Well Kept logo may not be used without permission.
