Construction stickers, protective film, adhesive or paint residue, extensive or difficult-access glass, specialty surfaces, and unusual debris may require separate pricing or a revised scope.
- Hazardous materials, mold, and biohazard remediation are not provided.
- Major debris hauling and demolition cleanup are not included.
- Unsafe high-access work and specialty restoration require an appropriate provider.
- Substantially incomplete trade work may require rescheduling.
