This policy describes how Well Kept Clean Co., LLC ("Well Kept Clean Co.," "we," "us," or "our") handles information submitted through this website and our connected service workflows.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us, refer a friend, submit a property-management turnover, or use our booking links, you may provide contact details, a service address, property information, scheduling preferences, current home photos, and other details needed for the requested service. Please only submit another person’s information when you have their permission.
How we use it
We use submitted information to prepare quotes, coordinate services, communicate with you, keep business records, and improve our operations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Square for residential estimates, payments, and appointments; Google Workspace for business email, calendar, and files; and our website host for secure website delivery and data storage. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Website measurement
Our site keeps basic first-party counts such as anonymous visits, page views, quote submissions, and clicks to Square booking. We do not keep a visitor’s raw IP address in our website analytics table.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain required records, and resolve questions. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
